Single Sessions
If you’re not ready for an extended coaching container or if you are just looking for a periodic “tuning” for your body, you are warmly invited to cozy up within a single Full Embodiment Session.
Single sessions include:
- 1 Feminine Embodiment Coaching session with Laura for 60-70 minutes
- Brief summary of the Session (1-2 paragraphs), sent by email within 24 hours
- 48 hours of weekday after care, in which you may email questions or feedback and expect a respond within 24 hours. If a session is on a Thursday or Friday, the response window may extend over the weekend.
No Discovery Session is Necessary for booking a single Full Embodiment Session. Schedule any time.

Every gender identity desiring greater sensitivity with their environment or their belonging to the Earth are very welcome here.
At this time, Laura is most experienced at guiding women through the transformation or connecting with their ecosensitivity. If you have specific questions, concerns, or needs, bring them to a 1-on-1 Discovery Session. Laura’s priority is always that you get the support you most need, so if you decide that these services are not for you, Laura also has a list of other excellent Embodiment Coaches from whom you may find a better match.
